Return Policy top
- All returned merchandise must be in new condition with
original box and all included manufacturer's accessories. All
items are subject to a 25% minimum restocking fee.
- Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs
(international buyers are responsible for shipping & duty tax).
Shipping charges incurred by buyer are non-refundable unless the
return is due to our error.
- NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED beyond 15 days from delivery date.
- Please read the following before making returns:
- Buyer must contact us for an RMA # (Return Merchandise
Authorization #) prior to shipping the item(s) back. Packages
without an RMA # will be refused and rejected.
- Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in
any way.
- Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount
to account for the replacement cost of those items.
- All warranty cards (if provided by manufacturer) must be
left blank.
- If products is purchased in new condition and returned in a
condition such that it cannot be resold as like new (damaged,
scratched, with missing or damaged packaging, and/or missing
parts), an additional 25% refurbishment fee will be applied in
addition to the restocking fee.
- Merchandise initially returned as defective for replacement,
whose defect cannot be verified, will incur the 25% restocking
fee as well as a freight charge for replacement shipment.
- Merchandise initially shipped "double boxed" must be
returned to us double boxed.
- Purchaser is responsible for shipping/insurance to our
warehouse. We are not responsible for returned items lost during
shipping.
- Credits will be posted to the appropriate account within 14
days of receipt.
- Customers will receive less than full credit on any
merchandise returned to sender as refused or undeliverable
(other than for freight damaged goods) due to return shipping
charges.
- Any freight damaged goods should be reported immediately
within the first 2 days of receipt to UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS.

Domestic: We ship via USPS Priority or UPS. Normal shipping will usually ship within (1) business day of receiving payment. We do offer expedited shipping, please contact us for rates. Shipping to PR, HI, APO and FPO are same rate.
International: Please check below to see if your country is listed; if your country is not listed, we do not ship to your country. Shipping to Canada usually ships within 1-3 business days for verification of payment, other countries may take longer. USPS and UPS standard delivery time to Canada is 5-10 business days depending on location.
